      The Roscoe Turner Papers are arranged in eighteen series:

      Series  I.  General  Correspondence, 1920-1971.   34.45 cubic ft.
           (76  document  boxes and  1  slim document  box).   Arranged
           alphabetically.     Correspondence  between  Roscoe  Turner,
           professional   associates,   friends,   fans,   family   and
           politicians regarding air races, developing the aircraft and
           airline  industries  and the  use of  air power  in national
           defense.
